My desire is
to open an institute where an individual can easily awaken his/her strength and
abilities, an institute where people can reveal their true substantiality. To
help people discover their true self. An institute where people take X-Rays of
their own self not someone else in order to know who they are. To give them sense of direction and meaning
full purpose…
I am
dreaming of an institute where an ordinary person becomes an extra ordinary
one. Where he/she is not judged by his physical appearance rather he/she is
trained to live life like an eagle not a vulture. Where a person is not judged
by his current circumstances rather he/she is trained to create a predictable
future…
An institute
where minds are discussed, ideas are developed and opportunities are created, Where
the impossible become I m possible. Where mostly the discussions are all about
development, i.e. personal development…where humanity is taught and learned…

where people are ready to take full personal responsibilities, where they avoid
blaming others for their current situations and failures. Where the change is
start from within, where lives are transformed and people are inspired. Where
goals are set and accomplished, where businessman & entrepreneurs are made.

want to start this institute? My Reason to start this institute…
I hardly
feel personally the inadequacy of an institute I mentioned above. As life
skills and personal development is rarely taught in schools, colleges &
universities, therefore I jump in and train myself to train the young
generation. Many experts and I personally claim that in future we need trained
and skilled person for the development of Pakistan. There are some
organizations who took responsibility to train young people but they are
limited to some people and areas, I am dreaming of an institute where anyone
can come from anywhere and can heal. I think we need to reconcile helping
people with getting paid for it.

common problems, challenges and setbacks. After years of research he finally succeeds in
developing strategies to overcome all these challenges and setbacks. During
this period he met thousands of students and teachers to know more of them.
His philosophy of school counseling includes building
relationships with students of all backgrounds, having enthusiasm to help
students, advocating for students success, and collaborating with parents and
other school professionals. Building relationships means that as a school
counselor, he has to interact with students, care about their personal lives
and listen to their problems and share quality time with them. He is here to
help them with their personal issues. He believed that we are all capable of
doing a lot more than what we think. We all have opportunities to witness to
our faith.
