A journey from ordinary to extraordinary

OBSERVE PEOPLE AROUND YOU
Observe people

Hi guys! How are you? Hope you will be fine and enjoying each and every moment of life. I am here with a new chapter in the journey of self discovery. In the previous chapter I explain how you will observe yourself. I am sure you develop some observation skills by practicing the previous techniques. You learn how to observe and where to observe. Now you are in the position that you start knowing yourself a little bit. Try to consistently observe yourself so that you discover yourself as soon as possible. As Charles Darwin quote that “I am turned into a sort of machine for observing facts and grinding out conclusions”
In this chapter you have to observe the people around you. Remember only you have to observe, you have no right to judge anybody.

“If you want to judge me make sure that you are perfect”

So nobody is perfect. First you have to make yourself perfect after that you can judge people but you know perfection leads to imperfection. So try not to judge people only observe them.

I love reading people. I really enjoy watching , observing and being able to figure out a person, the reason they wore that dress, the reason they smell the way they do”

Why it is necessary to observe people around us?
We are social animals. We cannot isolate ourselves. We have to live among the people. Their behavior, attitude, conversation, actions, and thoughts influence our life. So we need to observe them.

1.      To know different kind of people
2.      To know how they react to a particular situation
3.      To know their core of thoughts
4.      To learn from them
5.      To avoid repetition of mistakes made by different people
6.      To observe successful people and to know the reasons why they are successful, happy and joyous.
7.      To observe failed people and to know why they are fail in certain field, also what are the reasons of their misery and depression
8.      To study different mind and physical bodies

To live a happy and prosper life you have to know different people, so that it becomes easy for you to handle them and deal with them. Most of us are depressed and tensed due to the behavior of people. So start observing people around you, know them, and have a wonderful life.
Thank you so much to be with me in this incredible journey, stay tuned and discover yourself.

SELF DISCOVERY CHAPTER#02

Discover yourself
A journey from ordinary to extraordinary
SELF DISCOVERY CHAPTER # 02

By SHAHID KHAN AFRIDI (Motivational speaker & Trainer)

OBSERVE YOURSELF
Hi guys! How are you? Hope you will be fine and enjoying each and every moment of life. I know you are the best among thousands of people that’s why you are here with me in this incredible journey. In the previous chapter I introduce this course. In the coming chapters I will explain step by step how we can discover our true self. Sit back, relax and hope something amazing is going to happen. Don’t resist change. Welcome change and transform completely from ordinary to extraordinary.
Are you with me? Yes ok that’s great.
So now let’s start the journey and take the first step. The first step is all about observing yourself.
Becoming the observer means being aware enough of yourself that you can step outside of an emotional upset or heated situation to observe how you are reacting to it. It means having a level of self-awareness that even when you’re in the middle of a conflict you are aware of yourself.
 http://www.positivelypositive.com/2014/03/14/how-to-become-the-observer-and-liberate-yourself/

You can observe yourself in several ways.
Observe Yourself

1.      OBSERVE YOUR THOUGHTS
Deal carnage says “Whatever you think you become”. Thoughts have power. They can make or break us. Most of the people are unaware of what they are thinking? Why they are thinking? So the first thing in observing yourself is to observe your thoughts. It is very important, it is not only important but I think it is necessary to have a keen observation of our thoughts. We are living unconsciously. Our mind which cause to create our thoughts is on auto pilot mood. It is programmed automatically without our conscious effort. Once I heard a very fascinating phrase in a movie and the phrase was

“It’s all in your mind”

This phrase change my life. Everything is happening in our mind but we don’t know. Most of us are miserable and stressed because of their negative thoughts. So what you have to do is to observe your thoughts. Either your thoughts are positive or negative. Observe how you think in certain situation, how you think when you get up early in the morning, how you think when you have to do your work, how you think when you are wasting your time, how you think when you are doing your job, how you think when you are eating, how you think while talking to someone and how you think when going to sleep. This will divert your attention towards the most sophisticated machine in the world i.e. YOU
watch your thoughts

2.      OBSERVE YOUR ATTITUDE
The second step toward self observation is observing your attitude. You have to observe your attitude in three dimensions.
                                i.            Your attitude towards you
                              ii.            Your attitude towards life
                            iii.            Your attitude towards people
Most of the people want massive success in their life but when it comes to their attitude            they behave like failure, they are lazy and have a lot of excuse. They are having bundle of problems regarding their face structure, hair color, skin color, height, etc. same is the case in their attitude towards other people and their life.
But remember

“ATTITUDE MATTER”
So what you have to do is, observe your attitude. Just observe you will find what kind of attitude you have.

3.      OBSERVE YOUR ACTION
Observe your action. It means that you have to observe how you act in various situations. How you are playing your role in different characters. As a student, as a father, as a teacher, as a boss, as a brother, as a sister, as a mother, as a friend…

So start observing your action. Find weather you take action immediately or just thinking and waiting for something to happen. Are you waiting for opportunity or you create an opportunity. Also find the consistency in your actions. some people act for limited days and then back to normal.
watch your actions

4.      OBSERVE YOUR INNER CONVERSATION
You have to observe your inner conversation. Self talk can play an important role in your life. You can become the best friend of yourself if you start observing your inner conversation. Inner conversation is reflecting in your actions so you have to take care of this conversation. The conversation may be either positive or negative. Sometimes its so negative but we are not paying attention. We just ignore this conversation. Inner conversation is with you 24/7. As Edmond mbiaka quotes

“YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS ALWAYS LISTENING TO AND BELIEVING IN EVERYTHING YOU REPEATEDLY SAYS ABOUT YOURSELF. SO TRY NOT TO BECOME YOUR ENEMY OF PROGRESS”
So start observing your inner conversation which will lead you to discover your inner self.

In this practice you have to observe yourself remember just observation don’t judge yourself.

SELF DISCOVERY CHAPTER # 01

The journey of self discovery

SELF DISCOVERY CHAPTER # 01

A journey from ordinary to extraordinary

By SHAHID KHAN AFRIDI
(Motivational speaker & Trainer)

INTRODUCTION:-
Aristotle quotes “knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”. In the light of Aristotle quotes let me introduce this amazing course of introspection i.e. self discovery. Most of people in this universe are unaware of their own self. We don’t know who we are? Why we are living? What is the purpose of our life? How we are living our life? What are my strengths and weaknesses? What are my skills? What are my hobbies? Who creates us? Why ALLAH send us to this universe? Why ALLAH give us choices? Most of us are unable to answer most of the questions mentioned above. It simply means that we are lost in the system. Everyone on this planet want to have wisdom and for that you have to know yourself, as knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

Ralph Ellison quote” when I discover who I am, I will be free”.  When you don’t know who you are you start comparing yourself with others which can ruin your life. Your self esteem become low, your moral is down and you are falling in inferiority complex. You start observing yourself in the suggestions of others. Your self image is negative. You give up and never try to be different. You are not free in your thoughts, your conversation and your actions. it is similar to the bird which is caught in a cage. Although you seem to be free, but actually you are not free because of your limited thinking, negative self image and not believing in yourself.

This all leads to failure and mediocre life. In order to live a successful life full of creativity and happiness you have to know yourself. Keeping in mind this I started this course of self discovery. To bring change in your life, to change the perspective of your thoughts, to be unique and different. In this course I will explain the practical strategies by using them you can find your true self. It is a complete journey from ordinary to extraordinary. I believe that every human being on this universe is extraordinary the moment he knows himself.

If you really want to change your life, be serious and take a determinant stand. Decide right now that yes I want to change my life. I don’t want to live mediocre life, I am champion and I will be the sign of wisdom and prosperity for the upcoming generation. You must have the desire to discover yourself, strong burning desire. Most people only wish to have a successful life but listen wishing is not enough. 100% people wish a happy prosper life but among them only 5% have a strong burning desire, they never give up no matter how bad are the situations and they succeed.

When you decide to change your life, you will feel a strong resistance inside you. Your mind & your body will try to convince you to live life you are living. The moment you decide to leave your comfort zone your mind will come into play and will provide you thousand of reasons not to live the life you want to live. The people around you, oh my GOD their suggestions and negative thoughts will never let you think about something new. People are so negative and their suggestion and opinions will let you live in your comfort zone forever. So start thinking in a different perspective. Sometime our fear comes into play. Fear kills hope it will parallelize you. Fear of failure, fear of handling success, fair of making mistakes, fear of being not perfect but remember fear is “False evidence appear real”. So don’t let your fear come in between you and your success.

So let’s hands together and starts this amazing journey of self discovery. I am with you don’t worry life is beautiful it’s full of happiness and love. We have to discover a new world for our self which exist inside us. Let’s spread love, happiness and bring smile on the faces of people around us. Say NO to hate, jealousy, revenge and to all those bad emotion which disturb us and people around us. Let us spread peace and harmony. Life is short very short, time is running and we have to wake up as soon as possible otherwise…………………………….

Live your Dreams

live your dreams a book written byLes brown the legendary motivational speaker

Say Yes to Life Strategies for Overcoming Challenges and Staying Motivated QUICK OVERVIEW Master motivator Les Brown off ers a powerful pep talk in Live Your Dreams. Liberally sprinkled with personal stories and accounts of others Brown has encountered through the years, this energizing book resonates with readers on a fundamental level. Raised in near-poverty conditions in a rough Miami neighborhood, Brown’s chances of reaching adulthood unscathed were slim. He credits the infl uence of schoolteachers, mentors and his tough but loving adoptive mother for providing a foundation for a better way of life. In Live Your Dreams, Brown teaches readers the basic, timeless principles of personal development. He off ers practical tips and strategies for pulling yourself out of discouraging situations. He explains how to dream, how to set goals, and how to equip yourself to succeed. Part psychology, part how-to manual, and all motivation, this book is both a pick-me-up and an implementation guide for creating the life you desire.

APPLY AND ACHIEVE As a child, Les Brown was pulled out of a rowdy fi fth-grade class (he admits to being one of the rowdier students) and put back into fourth grade. He was labeled a “special-education” student, which might not have been so bad had the principal not pointed at him and several other children in the class that day and, in anger and disgust, called them stupid, dumb and retarded. Imagine the hurt and emotional trauma of that embarrassment. Luckily for Brown, a teacher reached into the young boy’s life with this bit of wisdom: “Someone’s opinion of you does not have to become your reality.” With those words, the chains that shackled Brown to a life of low expectations loosened. Eventually he shook them off  permanently. The question for you is, Are you allowing someone’s negative opinion of you to determine your reality? Others will have a diff erent vision for your life. They may not believe

in themselves or their own ability to achieve, and as a result they may try to hold you back as well. Pay attention to the people with whom you associate. If they’re not building you up and helping you move toward your goals, determine today to limit your exposure to their negativity. I am convinced that all of us need to fi nd and nurture our goodness to unlock the keys to achievement. By tapping into your goodness, you can make a diff erence on this earth. I believe you are born with the responsibility and the obligation to make a positive impact. When you decide to pursue greatness, you are taking responsibility for your life. This means that you are choosing to accept the consequences of your actions, and to become the agent of your mental, physical, spiritual and material success. You may not always be able to control what life puts in your path, but I believe you can always control who you are.

YOU’VE GOTTA BE HUNGRY I believe that you have to have a powerful reason to get up and fi ght back in life. That is why you must fi nd a powerful motivation to drive you. It has to matter deeply; otherwise, you may not have the strength of purpose to persevere. I asked a friend recently why he was not working on his dream to have his own business. He said that by the time he got through working sixty-fi ve hours a week he didn’t have enough energy left to act on his goal. He had put it aside. He is not alone. There have been numerous studies and reports indicating that Americans are working longer hours, enjoying their work less and living in fear that they might lose their jobs any day. If you live like that, you need to stoke the fi res of your hunger. That’s not living! Feeding a fi re within you—living FOR a dream—is REAL living. In the course of my conversation with this friend, I got him thinking about his dream of having his own restaurant. I added some coals to his fi res. I fanned them too. His hunger was rekindled because he realized that starting his own business was the way to get off  the treadmill. Life does not always present us with an ideal situation in which to pursue our dreams. That is where HUNGER comes in. We must motivate ourselves to do what we MUST do to get on and go on with our lives.
My friend is still working those long sixty-fi ve-hour weeks, but he has found the time to go after his dream. He is hungry again, so he goes deep within and fi nds the strength to stay after it. He focuses on his goal. He stays motivated by remembering his dream. He has his life in gear again and his dream back in his sights.
When you get discouraged—and you will—it takes hunger to develop the courage to try again and again and never quit. Some people are naturally hungry. Some have hunger imposed upon them by circumstances. If you are not naturally motivated, you are going to have to learn how to make yourself hungry. I can help. I’m a GOOD cook. To help you build hunger, I suggest you try these steps: •  Develop hunger by taking responsibility for your life. Nobody cares as much about you and your dream as you do. • R eview your goals twice every day. Be focused on achieving them. Refl ect on what truly motivates you. • D evelop a sense of urgency in your life. Take actions now that will move you toward your goals. • D evelop courage. Let yourself feel the fears that are holding you back and mentally push them aside. Afraid of water? Enroll in swimming lessons now. Master that fear. • D evote yourself to operating on a massive, relentless scale in order to accomplish your goals. Instead of making ten sales calls, make fi fty and watch the rewards come in. • D evelop the conviction that you can accomplish your goal. Your level of belief in yourself will inevitably manifest itself in what you do. • R ead inspirational material such as the biographies of people who overcame great odds to succeed. If they can do it, you can do it. • T ap into your spiritual awareness and contemplate your mortality. There are few motivations as compelling as
When you get discouraged—and you will—it takes hunger to develop the courage to try again and again and never quit.
Live Your Dreams

the concept that sooner or later death awaits you. No one wants to die with his or her potential unfulfi lled. •  Get acquainted with successful people and ask what drives them and how they achieve their goals. Listen to their ideas and experiences. Make them your role models. •  Develop your communications skills. Take public speaking courses or courses on leadership and communication. We live in a society in which these skills are perhaps the most important of all. •  SMILE! Project a positive image. Say “YES!” to your life. A person’s smile refl ects how he or she feels inside. Your smile will give you a positive countenance that will make people feel comfortable around you. Did you know that the muscles that create a smile trigger a chemical in the brain that makes you feel good all over? So SMILE! Feel GOOD about your dreams!
THE POWER TO CHANGE Hurtful memories can stifl e your development and growth. How do we break through this insidious mental conditioning? How do we grow and develop beyond hurtful episodes that bury themselves in our subconscious and infl uence our lives? How do we change and grow so that we can live our dreams? The fi rst step is to break the hold of these inhibiting infl uences from the past. Recognize them and then either get rid of them or turn them into a positive force that pushes you ahead rather than holds you back. Identify these inhibiting memories in your life so that you control them rather than allowing them to control you. Did someone hurt your feelings? Forgive them and forget it. Move on. Did someone punish you unfairly? It’s over. It’s done. Go on. Here are a few of the most common emotions that burrow into the subconscious and impede our growth as individuals: • Anger. This is a natural response to a perceived attack or injury. It makes energy fl ow. But when allowed to simmer, it depletes energy that could be used to improve your life. If you hold your anger for more than a week, it is only hurting you. Make yourself let go. Envision yourself throwing it out. Ease your mind. Transform your anger into positive motivation. Don’t get mad, get motivated. • Revenge. The fi rst cousin of anger. It also robs you of strength in the long run. The person who has injured you has probably gone on with life;

so should you. Don’t let the injury hurt you further by inhibiting your growth. Lose it or use it. Instead of saying, “I’ll get them,” say, “I’ll show them. I’LL BE SOMEBODY!” • Sadness. This is more crippling than anger because it drains you from the start, sapping your will to go on. You probably will have to let this drain away slowly at its own pace. Time heals, but if the sadness seems to linger, consciously force it out. Seek out things that make you laugh and feel positive about life. Realize that feeling sad will not change anything. Seek peace of mind as your right. • Resentment. Life is not always fair. It is unrealistic to feel any other way, and holding on to resentment is no way to fi ght back. Drop it and get back into the battle.
Nine Principles of Life Enrichment I. I can achieve far beyond my horizons, and in   avenues of life I have never explored. II. I possess a basic goodness, which is the   foundation for the greatness I can ultimately   achieve. III. I must take responsibility for my actions,    my well-being and the attainment of    my maximum potential. IV. I must seek self-awareness, self-approval and   self-commitment in order to     attain self-fulfillment. V. I must commit myself to building and    maintaining relationships that are critical to   the social development of my family and    community. VI. I must manifest the belief that mutual respect   is the fundamental element of all relationships. VII. I will heighten my life by helping others    heighten theirs. VIII. I will work toward my goals by planning,    executing and measuring my progress. IX. I will make commitments with care and honor   them with integrity.

• Guilt. All of us have done things we feel bad about and regret. Things we would do diff erently. Many of us carry that guilt around and it keeps us from moving forward. Don’t let people put you on a guilt trip. Say to yourself when someone is putting you on the defensive, “No matter what you do or say to me, I am still a worthwhile person.” To rid yourself of these past emotions, put them in a perspective that is positive rather than negative and thereby cut off  their painful roots in your subconscious. Reinterpret the past with these methods: • Get better, not bitter. Find a quiet, comfortable place. Sit back and relax. Think about something or someone who caused you pain or disappointment. Now take a mental step back from that feeling and the situation. Assess it. Did the emotions that resulted make you stronger? Did they give you determination? Can you use those memories to empower you rather than drain you? Why let them hurt you further? • Envision those hurtful emotions as a sword held by an enemy. In your mind, see yourself snatching the sword away and using it to cut away the emotional snares that have tied you up. • Get rid of regret. If you are burdened by something you did, analyze it. Was it a business failure? Was it something foolish you said or did that hurt someone you care about? If
so, apologize. That often clears the air, but use discretion if you think it might make matters worse. If you owe money to someone, pay them. Or tell them you intend to pay them a little at a time. Whatever the cost, it is worth it to clear away burdensome emotions. If you have feelings of unworthiness because of something you did, let them go. Realize that we usually do the best we can, according to our level of consciousness at the time. If you would not do the same thing again, you have changed. You are no longer the same person. That person is gone, so forgive yourself.
Love yourself unconditionally, just as you love those closest to you despite their faults. Let it go so you can grow. You have the power to change.

WORK ON YOUR DREAMS It troubles me that we spend years in school learning about the lives of other people, but we devote hardly any time at all to studying ourselves. Too many of us understand the forces of American or European history but not the forces behind our personal histories. A sense of self-knowledge grows out of contemplation and refl ection, of questioning yourself and welcoming feedback from others. By knowing yourself, by consciously striving to understand how your personality was formed, you can free yourself to grow beyond your past experiences. You can live for the grand possibilities of the future, rather than be tied to the restrictive infl uences of the past. I once heard it said that everyone is born unique but most of us die copies. Learn who you are and work on bringing your true self out. Refl ect on who you are and how you relate to the world. Look carefully at your past and you will come to a fuller understanding of who you presently are. You can do this by honestly examining the events, people and circumstances that have shaped you. When you know yourself and understand your motivations, you become more aware of the tools that you possess—your unique mix of talents and abilities—and also the limitations you have. Understand that most of your limitations are selfimposed because of your history and that your fi eld of vision is too often limited by your experience instead of being guided by your imagination.
Change, Change, Change I jokingly tell my audiences that once you begin to really know yourself and know the truth of who you are, you will not even need an alarm clock anymore. You will wake up in the morning eager for the brand-new day. You will start walking 25 percent faster. You will be excited about YOU. About your unfolding future. Instead of being in the way, you will be on your way. To assist your growth in self-knowledge, try these steps. Write down the results and review them at least once a year so that you can begin to measure your progress at diff erent points in your life.
Look carefully at your past and you will come to a fuller understanding of who you presently are.

Live Your Dreams
• Get to know what other people like about you. Ask someone close to you to tell you honestly how he or she views you. Have that person rate you and your specifi c traits on a scale of one to fi ve. Do people describe you as your own worst enemy? If they do, you need to work on your self-knowledge to understand why. • Determine what you expect to achieve in life. This is what you expect, not what you hope or dream for. • Consider your life for a moment. What drives you? What inhibits you? • Evaluate how you handle compliments. This is a good barometer of how you feel about yourself because if you accept them naturally without seeking them out you have strong selfapproval and a sense of worthiness. Can you accept compliments without discomfort, or do you always have to take exception or defl ect them? Do you crave compliments to the point that you will do anything to get them?
PURSUE THE DREAM To have dreams is the fi rst step toward making them realities. Once you have dared to dream, I believe you MUST pursue that
dream. If you do not pursue your dreams they will consume you; the knowledge that you had a dream but did not pursue it is killing knowledge. Consider it absolutely necessary to go after your dreams. Jose Ortega y Gasset said “Human life, by its very nature, has to be dedicated to something.” You cannot gain on your goal with an attitude that you will pursue it only if it is convenient, or as long as there are no hassles, or no hoops to jump through. Life is not that kind of party. It is a rough go out there.
Go after your dream with a sense of entitlement. Know that you have the power to achieve it and that you deserve it. Be willing to get up into life’s face, grab it by the collar and say “Give it UP! It’s my dream.” You have to focus on yourself and sell yourself on your ability to perform, to achieve your objectives and to deserve them. Tell yourself when you review your goals each day that you deserve them. Say to yourself, “I’m capable, talented; I’m committed. I DESERVE my goals.”
IT’S YOU When you are absolutely convinced of the possibility and necessity of pursuing your dream, you take on a diff erent kind of driving energy. You add years to your life, but more important, you add purpose and meaning to it. How do you make this dream come true? What necessary actions should be taken? The determining factor is you. You will make the diff erence. You will make it happen. No one else is going to take care of your business. It would be great if our relatives and friends would all support us, or co-sign for us, or loan us some money. It would be great if people said “Is that your dream? C’mon, let’s go get it.” But it isn’t that kind of party. You must take on the responsibility for making your dream reality. The major factor in helping you achieve your dreams is YOU. Be an innovator. Be creative. Take your particular talents and interests to a level where they have never been taken before. Feel that you are THE ONE.
Devote yourself to operating on a massive, relentless scale in order to accomplish your goals.
Solid Goals You must see your goals clearly and specifically before you can set out for them. Hold them in your mind until they become second nature. Before you go to bed each night visualize yourself accomplishing your goal. Do the same while you brush your teeth or take a shower in the morning. Goals are not dreamy, pie-in-the-sky ideals. They have everyday practical applications and they should be practical. Your goals should be: • Well-defined. You won’t know if you’ve reached them if you haven’t established exactly what they are. • Realistic. Not that you can’t be president someday, but shooting for state representative might be a wiser first step. • Exciting and meaningful to you. Otherwise, where will your motivation come from? • Locked into your mind. • Acted upon. There is no sense in having a goal if you aren’t going to go after

#HAPPINESS MACHINE (HOW AND WHERE TO FIND EXTREME HAPPINESS)
Hi guys how are you? I know you are on the top of the world. He listen to me i am talking to you! Yaah you! You know what you are the beautiful person of the world, you are awesome, you are the best and the one in the million. What happened????? You do not believe me hmmmmmmmmmm but let me clear who ever you are, from where ever you are, whatever you are doing, whatever you like I love you I love you unconditionally; I love you because you are the creature of ALLAH, the great GOD. You are supreme creature on this planet. I love you because you deserve love.
So my dear if you are depressed, frustrated or anxious let me know you I am here for you to make you feel happy and awesome. To make you feel free and satisfied. My topic is all about #HAPPINESS let me ask you a question about #HAPPINESS. According to you what is #HAPPINESS??????????
Do you think #HAPPINESS is in money? Do you think #HAPPINESS is in wealth, job, friendship, drugs, alcohol and all that? Simply my question is do you think that #HAPPINESS is in the materialistic world i.e. the outside world. The world that we saw, feel, touch and think about …….
If your answer is yes then I am sorry you are wrong. If your answer is no then I ask again where is #HAPPINESS? I search for #HAPPINESS I look #HAPPINESS all around I went to shops, markets and bazaar to find that #HAPPINESS. I meet with people and ask them please tell me about #HAPPINESS. Let me know where is #HAPPINESS? I start finding it in relationships. But I fail. I start finding #HAPPINESS in drugs and alcohol but I fail. I start finding #HAPPINESS in money but it did not find that. I start finding #HAPPINESS in my loved ones but I fail. I start finding #HAPPINESS in my hobbies but I fail. I start finding it in songs, dance, movies but all in vain. Telling you long story short I found #HAPPINESS nowhere…….
Then I listen to my inner voice, to my heart. I hear an amazing voice from inside. The voice was like to warn me that you are wasting your time and energy in looking #HAPPINESS outside in the world and it just compel me to think.  I start thinking about this surprising voice. I was so curios to find the origin of this voice from where it came and why? I start asking hay you tell me why you are asking so that I am wasting my time and energy, tell me the reason. I want to know. I want #HAPPINESS. The real #HAPPINESS. And you just scare me that I am wasting my time and energy please tell me what are you talking about, let know me know the truth.
From that day I start inner journey, the journey within me, timeless and space less journey, the journey of finding something within me, the journey from ordinary to extraordinary, the never end journey. I found it amazing and interesting. It is an amazing experience ok let me talk about #HAPPINESS. Within me I found a machine. A machine full of dust. When I picked that machine up it was out of order and unable to operate. I want to know more about that machine. I open it and analyze its different parts. I found that the machine is wrongly operated. It is not provided with the fuel it needed. It was just like pouring diesel into motor cycle which is actually working on petrol. So what happened when you pour diesel into motor cycle. Simply the engine will not operate and it will be damage. So same was the case with the machine that I found inside me. It was completely damaged and full of corrosion.
I found it interesting and start researching on it. When I clean the machine from dust and corrosion it was very beautiful and wonderful. As you know when a machine is manufactured it is labeled with its configuration and different information are provided on that label. I start finding that label but I found no label. I was scared and anxious about the machine because I want that machine to be operated. As I think this machine was inside me so surely it had some purpose. But I continue my inner journey. I never give up I decided to find all the information about this machine and to make it useful once again.
At last after along journey I reached to my destination, I know everything and I make the machine useful once again.  let me know you about this amazing machine. Are you ready to know about? Probably you have guessed what I am talking about. Ok tell me do you guess something about this machine yah I am sure. So what do you guessed? Do you think this machine helps in digestion or respiration or something else? No the machine that I found inside me I called it #HAPPINESSMACHINE. When we born the creator creates this machine inside every human being. The function of #HAPPINESSMACHINE is to make us happy, feel us good, make us strong, show us right path, and protect us from unhappiness, hate and jealousy. During our childhood it works perfectly because we provide it with the fuel with which this machine is operated. The fuel of this machine is truth, unconditional love, motivation, positive thoughts, peace, harmony and the love of creator.
When we start growing we pour the fuel of lie, hate, jealousy, comparison, annoying, cheating and negative thoughts into the #HAPPINESSMACHINE. This is exactly like pouring diesel into petrol engine and we all know that after that the engine doesn’t have to operate. Same is the case with our happiness machine it stop working, slowly and gradually it damage. Sometimes it seems to be working and we feel temporary happiness but actually the machine is not working that temporary happiness is from outside world.
Hay guys are you with me? Is it difficult to understand? No that’s good. Let me know are you bored? You should not be bored because I am talking about you, your life I am here only for you. Because I love you the way you are. I love you unconditionally. Lets come to the topic once again. Up to now we discover the #HAPPINESSMACHINE, know how it operate, what it needed to be operated and all that.
It is interesting when our #HAPPINESSMACHINE stop working we start finding happiness in outside world. In money, in home, in business, in job, in education, in relationship, in wealth, in luxury life, expensive cars etc. which is the biggest mistake we make. Instead of repairing our #HAPPINESSMACHINE which is naturally kept inside our body we start replacing it with artificial temporary #HAPPINESSMACHINE. Sometimes we find that artificial #HAPPINESSMACHINE but it work for short period of time and after that we are just back to our normal depressed life which is not the proper solution. I think the reason behind this is we are unaware of our #HAPPINESSMACHINE. We think that it is circumstances that make us happy or something external that feel us good. This is the reason that we never think of our #HAPPINESSMACHINE to repair it or to make it functional once again.
If I summarize my topic in the light of my personal experience I would like to write it in one sentence. “Happiness is inside it is not outside in the materialistic world”. So ladies and gentlemen lets find our #HAPPINESSMACHINE inside our bodies. Make it functional and be happy for ever. This is a single way to find extreme happiness, the happiness that never lost. The happiness which is not only for ourselves but for the rest of the world. The happiness which is worth sharing. Let us make this world the place of peace and love. Are you with me? Let me know by commenting or write to me on my email. I would love to read from you.
